This Dodge, Minnesota project started when this homeowner, avid gardener, and Koi fish enthusiast sought to add a greenhouse space to the recreational barn on the property. Interest was expressed in having us build a conservatory greenhouse that would be used as a place to start seedlings as well as a place to winter plants from the extensive gardens that surround their Koi fish ponds on the property.

Jim and the CC team designed and constructed this beautiful addition on the southside, inside corner of this incredible recreational barn. The barn had been used for the storage of Koi fish in the winter months as well as family recreation and general storage needs. We were challenged by the inside corner build but came up with the perfect solution to seamlessly integrate this greenhouse space into the property. Automation in the space includes window shades, vents, and in-floor heat. We think the results are incredible and hope you agree!
