Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
During the design phase of the project, we work through every detail with you. Once you have agreed upon the design we work to get the necessary local building permits. Once we have the building permits, we cannot change the designs. However, during the design phase we happily work with you on any changes you want made.
Do I need a Permit?
Most county municipalities in the US will require a permit if you are adding a structure to your home. A free-standing greenhouse/conservatory will typically not require a permit.

Do you have a showroom?

Will it get too hot in the summer?
This is where our smart tech automation really shines. Depending on your exposure, different conservatories react differently in their environments. If your conservatory is too warm we have ways to address that, whether manually or completely automated. Learn More.

What type of flooring should I use?
Typically ceramic or porcelain tile reacts the best with in-floor heating, but if you aren’t using that feature your options are open – and you’d want to discuss this further with your local contractor.
What lighting do you use?
The options are pretty much endless for lighting. Recess lighting, chandeliers, floor lamps – depending on the look you’re going for we can suggest different lighting options tailored just for your conservatory.
Can I purchase a conservatory from you and install it myself?
Every project we work on is entirely custom, from start to finish. As such, we do not offer a ‘boxed’ conservatory that you can install yourself. Conservatories have the ability to transform a home, and we think our customers owe it to themselves to get the best possible option for their individual situations.
