This project brought us to the rolling countrysides of Virginia to address the needs of a beautiful estate. The lovely retreat house on the property sits on the banks of a pond and is used to entertain guests. The previous kitchen was located outdoors on the patio but wasn’t a weatherproof space to host company so the owners desired the creation of an indoor cooking and dining space.
Our team designed and built a kitchen and dining space with seating for up to 24 people. Complete with detailed wood finishing using Sapele Mahogany, this conservatory addition to the retreat house is fully automated and carries the luxury and detail of the house into the new space.
One of the features in this space is an automated exhaust system where the fan and windows work together to recycle the air when needed.
